{"id":11599,"date":"2017-07-03T07:54:45","date_gmt":"2017-07-03T07:54:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lessa.es\/politica-de-calidad\/"},"modified":"2021-06-04T10:27:47","modified_gmt":"2021-06-04T10:27:47","slug":"politica-de-calidad","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/lessa.es\/en\/politica-de-calidad\/","title":{"rendered":"Quality Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>[title text=&#8221;Quality Policy&#8221;] Year: 2021 &#8211; Rev: 01<\/p>\n<p>The Management of AB Medica Group S.A. communicates to the organization&#8217;s human team, the ideas on which it bases the operation of its production and service activities, with the clear objective of ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>AB M\u00e9dica Group S.A is committed to promoting the training of workers.<\/li>\n<li>AB M\u00e9dica Group S.A will promote communication to all interested parties, both internal and external.<\/li>\n<li>AB M\u00e9dica Group S.A aims to provide our clients with a wide range of quality health products and a specialized technical service.<\/li>\n<li>AB M\u00e9dica Group S.A has a Quality Management System that manages and analyzes the processes of the organization to maintain and improve customer service as well as the quality of the products.<\/li>\n<li>AB M\u00e9dica Group S.A identifies the risks and opportunities of all its processes and products in order to achieve the improvement of the System and therefore, the highest possible customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>The Quality Management System implemented is based on the guidelines given by the UNE EN ISO 13485: 2016 and UNE EN ISO 9001: 2015 Standards, and incorporates the indications given by the legislation and the UNE EN ISO 14971: 2020 standard regarding the Risk management in medical devices.<\/li>\n<li>AB M\u00e9dica Group S.A undertakes to market only medical devices in accordance with current legislation and to carry out its activities in accordance with said framework.<\/li>\n<li>AB M\u00e9dica Group S.A is committed to establishing, maintaining and continuously improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System in order to guarantee the quality of products and services.<\/li>\n<li>The continuous improvement of the methods and \/ or processes implemented is part of the Quality Management System implemented in the Organization. For this, the system data is compiled and reviewed to offer maximum efficiency both in the service and in the product offered.<\/li>\n<li>AB M\u00e9dica Group S.A is committed to meeting the requirements of clients or future clients.<\/li>\n<li>It is the responsibility of all the people of the organization the correct application and fulfillment of the requirements of the Quality Management System.<\/li>\n<li>This text provides the frame of reference to establish the Quality Objectives.
